We and our service providers may process limited technical information needed to operate and protect the website. Attribution Information and Browser Storage
The website may collect campaign parameters such as UTM values, GCLID, GBRAID and WBRAID, along with the first landing page, latest landing page and initial referrer. First-party browser storage keeps first-touch and latest-touch attribution for approximately 90 days so an estimate request can be connected with the campaign that led to the website. Estimate-form contents such as your name, phone number, email address, street address and project details are not stored in this attribution storage.
Service Providers
Cloudflare Turnstile is used to help distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse. Cloudflare may process technical information as part of that security check. Resend is used to deliver estimate-request emails to Belfour Gutters. These providers process information for the services they supply to us and under their own terms and privacy practices.
Analytics and Advertising Measurement
Google Analytics or Google Ads measurement may be enabled to understand website use and measure completed estimate requests. Form contents, including names, phone numbers, email addresses, street addresses and project details, are not intentionally sent to analytics or advertising platforms. Measurement events are designed to contain only non-contact information such as the form name, selected service, page path and a non-sensitive lead identifier.
Retention
We keep estimate requests and related business records for as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide requested services, maintain business records, resolve disputes and meet applicable obligations. Retention may vary depending on the nature of the request and the resulting business relationship.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect information handled through the website. No website, email service or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
